خبز باتورس الهندي


1 big spoon instant yeast
2+1/2 glass wheat flour
1+1/2 glass warm water
2 spoons yogurt
1 spoon butter or margarine

Method of Preparation

Put all the ingredients together and knead with warm water until you have the solid dough. Put the dough in bowel paint with oil, and cover it for one hour.
And after its fermentation press softly with hand on it so the air will go out, then divide the dough from 4-5 balls, then spread it out with pin roll , make the height 1/2 cm, then deep fried them in hot oil and serve it with stew and vegetables.
