Method of Preparation
Roast the garlic with butter until its gold, then add the shrimp and stir until the water is gone, then add the vegetables, the quarter of the boiling water, and also the salt and pepper.
Cover the pot and leave it for twenty minutes on low heat.
Mix the flour with cold water then add it on the vegetables , later add the double cream and leave it from 5-10 minutes then remove it away from oven , and serve it after you decorate it with dryer coriander .
